Mounted in sterling silver, this ornate multi-gemstone medallion pendant features a ring of forest green chrome diopside stones and twinkling white topaz, surrounding an inner ring of heart shaped Ethiopian fire opals; the innermost layer of this Thai-crafted pendant boasts a cluster of round chrome diopsides.  This satisfyingly symmetrical piece makes the perfect finishing touch for just the right outfit.
