A Three-Stone Natural Australian Opal & Tanzanite-Accented Ring in Silver with Gold-Tone Highlights

A modern-made piece with vintage flair, this three-stone sterling silver ring features oval-shaped natural Australian opals, sourced from the famed Coober Pedy Opal Fields.  Subtle colors of green and orange play most dominantly across the trio of opals, complemented by soft secondary flashes of yellow and blue.

Halos of gold-tone filigree surround each opal, decorated by light violet tanzanite accents at North, South, East, and West points.  The ring's shank is further decorated with gold-tone cast filigree, leading up to a pleasing arrangement of five more round tanzanite accents on each side, wrapping around the outermost halos.

Discovered in an Ocala, Florida estate, the ring was likely manufactured sometime between the early 2000s and 2010s.  One of the outer opals—the stone with the brightest play-of-color—exhibits an eye-visible fissure inclusion.  This inclusion appears to be naturally-occurring and not the result of prior negligent wear.
