A Sweet & Sparkly Ethiopian Opal Necklace with Blue Sapphire & CZ Accents

A faceted pear shaped yellow-orange Ethiopian opal sits mounted in prongs above a dainty, decorated sterling silver pendant frame of nine cobalt-blue lab-created sapphires and sparkling white cubic zirconia.  The broad facets of the opal light up with flashes of red and yellow play-of-color when viewed in the light from the right angles.  Long for the setting and likely selected for its size and color play, the opal extends beyond the bottom prongs, visually overlapping two of the sapphires.

Sourced from a Kingman, Arizona estate, the pendant measures a total length of 1 inch long from the top of the bail by just a touch over 0.5 inch wide.
