A Heart Necklace Made From Sterling Silver in Israel, Set with Opal, Blue Topaz, and Turquoise

Found in a collection of estate Israeli-made jewelry, this sterling silver heart necklace features a fiery red Ethiopian opal, two round turquoise cabochons, and two dark blue faceted topaz stones.  Stamped "PZ" by the 2010s Era designer, Paz Creations, the style is no longer manufactured, making this piece an unusual find.  The multi-gemstone heart hangs sideways from its lobe and measures just over an inch in length.

18” sterling silver rounded box-style chain included.
