A Three-Stone Ethiopian Fire Opal Bypass Ring
From an opal-lover's estate, this beautifully restored fire opal ring incorporates two different karat grades of yellow gold. The ring's shank is made from a richly-yellow 14 karat, and the prongs holding the opals are the more durable 10 karat. Eye-visible, minute blemishes can be seen along the top of the ring's surface.
