Official Dora the Explorer Australian Opal Pendant—Original Box Included

Licensed by Nickelodeon's Viacom International to New York City-based jewelry manufacturer Jacmel at the height of the Great Recession, this collectible near-vintage necklace features a round Australian opal mounted into the flower held by none other than the iconic Dora the Explorer.  Both the pendant and its original chain are made from 18k yellow gold-plated sterling silver, cast and assembled in the Dominican Republic under the Jacmel brand, "Fine Jewelry Collection".

Discovered in a Hazleton, Pennsylvania estate, the 2009-made necklace appears to be in unworn condition.  It comes included with its original Dora the Explorer Fine Jewelry Collection box by Jacmel, bearing the official Nickelodeon logo; the box is in good condition and still includes its original $89.99 price tag, though one corner of the top lid is torn and some edges show slight wear and tear (refer to photos for additional detail).

Original 18" gold plated sterling silver cable-style chain included.
